Enjoy sweeping views of Rockport's Sandy Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Located just a short distance from Rockport village, Sandy Bay Views is a newly renovated three-bedroom rental on two floors that was just renovated at the end of 2023. Enjoy a spacious open plan kitchen and dining room filled with ample natural light and stunning water views. Step out onto the back deck to relax with a good book, take in the views, or dine outdoors.
This property is part of a two-family home with separate entrances and parking.
There is off-street parking for two cars tandem in the designated spots in the private driveway located nearby.
No smoking. No events or parties.
What does my rented vacation home provide?
Since all Atlantic Vacation Homes rental properties are residential homes, and not hotel rooms, they are all fully furnished and include a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms as described on each property detail page.
- The kitchen includes cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishcloths, potholders, flatware, dishware, glassware and a corkscrew. Standard appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, and coffee maker. Some properties are equipped with additional items; please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property. If you require specialty items, such as kitchen scales or food processors, it is best to bring your own.
- Bed linens and bath linens (bath towels, hand towels and face cloths) are provided in accordance with the advertised occupancy of the property. Beds will be made with linens, pillows, blankets, and bedspreads prior to your arrival, with the exception of trundles, top bunks, futons, and sleep sofas.
- The property includes basic housekeeping supplies, such as brooms and dustpans.
- Many (but not all) properties have a landline for local calls. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property.
- Air conditioning, beach towels, hot tubs, TVs, DVD players, porch furniture, grills, docks, recreational games and equipment, and other amenities are furnished as a courtesy by the homeowner and are not guaranteed. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property for details.
Guests will also receive a “Welcome Kit” that contains:
- An area guide
- One kitchen sponge
- One small bottle of dish soap
- One dishwasher detergent pod or packet
- One laundry detergent pod or packet
- One trash bag
In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenient starter supply for when you first arrive. Additional items beyond the starter supply are the responsibility of the guest.

The bright and sunny living room offers ocean views and a large sectional in addition to cozy chairs that can swivel for watching the wall-mounted flat screen tv.
Kitchen
The gleaming kitchen is all new at the end of 2023 and has everything you might need. The kitchen flows into the dining room with ocean views.

There is a small half bath off of the living room.
Dining Room
The dining room is open to the kitchen and has spectacular water views through the windows and sliding doors to the deck.

Exquisite vacation spot!
by Elaine and Sandy MackThis is a lovely place for a long (we were here for a month), relaxing break, looking out over a pleasant working harbor and then on to the Atlantic Ocean itself. Exquisitely redone recently into a two story home (with a smaller apartment below), everything is clean, neat, elegant, delightful. The kitchen is equipped with enough pots and pans to make a gourmet cook happy, and a huge dining table overlooks the water through sliding doors. The “master suite” upstairs is roomy and splendid, with the same view as in the dining room, and with its own large modern bathroom with expansive shower. The two other smaller bedrooms are attractive and get sun throughout the day. The deck is huge and in warmer weather would be the place we would have spent most of our time. Sunrises directly in front over the water can be thrilling. The apartment is on the busy MA 127 that circles Cape Ann, but we found the traffic, away from the water, was not a serious distraction. Good parking 50 yards up the road for two cars. Wonderful walks back in the woods and around the abandoned quarries start across the road and up a few hundred feet. We walked the mile into town regularly, most of the trip being along the super-quiet Beach Ave. close to the beaches.

Fabulous vacation rental
by Debbie AmsterWe loved our stay at Sandy Bay Views. Could barely drag ourselves off the deck - the view was enchanting, the shade glorious and the backyard perfect. The rental was spotless, kitchen well equipped and furnishings comfortable. Parking was fine for one car - two was a bit of a pain and if you have three cars you will have to park one 1/2 mile away. Easy walk to beach and town. Fabulous swimming quarry a short walk. Atlantic Vacation Homes was easy to work with.
