Stroll the quaint lanes of Rockport browsing at its many art galleries and boutiques on famed Bearskin Neck. Dine at the many fine restaurants in and around the village. Walk a few short minutes to Front Beach for a day in the sun and salt water or meander over to Mill Pond for relaxation in the cooling shade. History buffs will love to explore the adjacent colonial-era burial ground nearby.

Mill Lane is a bright one-bedroom rental home with high ceilings and decor that is contemporary and comfortable. Walk up a few granite stairs to the main entrance. Enter into the open single-floor plan featuring a cozy living, dining and kitchen space. Continue straight through to the bedroom. Large skylights bring beautiful light into the bedroom. Access the private backyard from the back door in the bedroom for a quiet place to relax outside for morning coffee or after a day at the beach. Enjoy seasonal and peek-a-boo views from the living area. Hardwood floors are throughout the house.

This property is part of a two-family home with long-term renters with separate entrance and parking.

There is one off-street parking space and no immediate street parking available.

What does my rented vacation home provide?


Since all Atlantic Vacation Homes rental properties are residential homes, and not hotel rooms, they are all fully furnished and include a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms as described on each property detail page.


  • The kitchen includes cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishcloths, potholders, flatware, dishware, glassware and a corkscrew. Standard appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, and coffee maker. Some properties are equipped with additional items; please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property. If you require specialty items, such as kitchen scales or food processors, it is best to bring your own.

  • Bed linens and bath linens (bath towels, hand towels and face cloths) are provided in accordance with the advertised occupancy of the property. Beds will be made with linens, pillows, blankets, and bedspreads prior to your arrival, with the exception of trundles, top bunks, futons, and sleep sofas.

  • The property includes basic housekeeping supplies, such as brooms and dustpans.

  • Many (but not all) properties have a landline for local calls. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property.

  • Air conditioning, beach towels, hot tubs, TVs, DVD players, porch furniture, grills, docks, recreational games and equipment, and other amenities are furnished as a courtesy by the homeowner and are not guaranteed. Please refer to the full amenity list for your specific property for details.

Guests will also receive a “Welcome Kit” that contains:

Super Place

We absolutely loved our stay at Mill Lane. Very comfortable and spacious property, bright and clean, in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Location is superb, and local people are so wonderful and welcoming. You can literally walk around anywhere in Rockport on foot straight from your front door. We enjoyed our stay very much, from every aspect, and we will be coming back soon again.

Loved Mill Lane

We booked Mill Lane through Atlantic Vacation Homes and were very pleased with this little place. We needed a place to stay as we looked for our next home. The apartment was new, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable. Other than a glitch with the door code to get in, which was addressed immediately, we had a great stay. Mill lane is a quiet lane that is also quaint and within walking distance to everything in Rockport. I would definitely recommend staying here and book through Atlantic Vacation Homes again. ?
