  This is a lovely property on street level (almost on the street). The windows have absolutely no covering - life in an upscale goldfish bowl - not everyone is an exhibitionist!
  The only other issue is how nice to have a wonderful kitchen that cannot be utilized due to the lack of proper cooking utensils - pots, pans, baking dishes and accessories.

  As I said, this home is so, so very beautiful and the location is delightful - particularly for adults. Magnolia Beach, which is where the house is situated, is definitely not ideal. There is unfortunately an extremely unpleasant stench that makes you want to keep the windows closed at low tide. It's not your typical low tide, fishy smell, but more like a sewage issue in the neighborhood. If it wasn't for that one thing - I would consider vacationing at this gorgeous home for the rest of our days.
