  For the second time, we stayed at the "Star of the sea" propriety. Ad a little problem with the dishwasher door and AVH tried to contact us to solve the problem (twice). Unfortunately my phone was off (I was in vacation!) and I missed the calls.
  
  So I can say everything was perfect and the staff did everything they could to help us with the problem we encounter...

  The vacation was excellent. The house was very good; clean, large, pleasant, and accommodating. The weather was perfect each day, and both beaches, Good Harbor and Long, were beautiful. It is a hike to Good Harbor, but an interesting one. How I wish we are all back there now.

  We loved the house! It had enough room for the kids to have their own space down stairs while the adults enjoyed the upstairs screened in sitting room and sky lights. Lots of room to move around.
  
  Would have liked the master bath to have a shower option and the toilet was slow to flush. The windows were difficult to open. The floors were in need of cleaning. An air conditioner in the two other bedrooms would have been nice in the summer time since the windows were difficult to open.
  
  A perfect location and quiet...really a Star of Sea!

  The house was very large so it handled my family gathering well. The equipment for use was excellent such as cooking and washing and playing pool. The short walk to the beach was reasonable for the grandchildren. I would definitely rent this house again.

  a little too far when you have two twin babies, but very OK with small children. 5 minutes to the beach. Plenty of place even when the weather is bad and you have to stay inside...
