The parking of vehicles seemed to be a problem. The contract should state that only two cars will be allowed. Guest parking is not allowed in the driveway.Our day guests were told to remove their car from the driveway and to park out on the street.This was somewhat embarrassing. Overall, we loved the house but found the parking situation a bit oppressive.
We are gratified that you enjoyed all the magnificent aspects of Breakwater House. The owner does not limit the amount of cars, but does respectfully request that any cars be parked in the spacious garage, or on the street which is 50 yards away, so as not to detract from the neighbors' wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. We do hope that you will find this solution reasonable enough to return to the delights of Breakwater House.
It was the perfect setting to relax and reconnect with family. The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures indicate and the ocean views are priceless! Absolutely hoping to rent again!

We loved Breakwater House. It was modern, very clean and comfortable. The view and sounds of the ocean were amazing. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Rockport, now.
House was outstanding---very clean, all the modern conveniences and then some, and location to die for. Loved the whole package!
The views from the deck of the house were breathtaking. A very lovely area. Everything was in good order at the house. I would suggest that the kitchen have a larger coffee pot as the one presently there only makes 4 cups. Also, it was quite warm a couple of nights which made sleeping uncomfortable as there are only little table fans to cool you off. Ceiling fans would be helpful. Atlantic Vacation Homes were so helpful in locating a house for us to meet our needs. They were a pleasure to work with.
